    duh? line test

  19. fishingwithrod says:

I use 12lb test Maxima Ultragreen, which is what I use for my main line on a baitcasting reel as well.? Some people prefer to run 15 or 20lb test if they choose to fish for larger specimen like chinook salmon, which I don’t go for very often. Make sure you put quite a bit of backing underneath the main just so you can spool the reel to the top (less work when retrieving).

  23. fishingwithrod says:

The rod is a Trophy XL (company based in Vancouver)? centerpin rod. It’s 9ft and rated for 8 to 12lb.
