True. Many hooks used for “bait” fishing? work well for flies…companies often even sell the same style hook as a fly hook under another number at twice the price of their bait model. LOL
That is a Kahle hook. Many catfish fisherman use them for cats. The will hook almost ever fish i the corner of the mouth. Eagle Claw makes them along with Gamakatsu… Hope this? helps
