Thats what i love about trout, they put up a massive fight for their size! i’ve once had to hold a trout up for minutes when releasing it cause if i let go it would tip over and die.

@stip27 Nope, you can fly fish in any water with fish in it…well you can fish in a puddle too, I guess, but you wont have much luck.

In new zealand you can get proper monsters in small streams like that one.The big fish come up the streams from a bigger river

I starting fishing in WV’s streams. Then i started oceanic fishing and i never looked back. Though i miss stream fishing on occasion.
