@FlyFishVideo I am a fan of brite colors for bass and off colored water. Good video.

When demonstrating a technique or style, tiers sometimes use bright colors to differentiate the different steps and techniques. Then other times, bright colors work. I’m not sure what Mark was going for here, but it definitely stands out.

I really don’t know but don’t see why not. I’ve never fished for them, but since they eat shrimp and crabs, you should be able to catch them. Maybe someone else can provide some feedback.

can you fly fish for whiting?

im not dissing them, its just that I find that at the moment i am impeded by their presence (i have tried them a couple of times)

They look a little odd, but when you reach a certain age, they become necessary to see what you’re doing. Enjoy your 20 year old eyes. One day you’ll have magnifiers too.
