Fly Tying Cicada, Awesome for Trout and Bass

Met up with Brian from the Downey Fly Fishers Club and watched him make a cicada, a really great trout fly, and can also be used as an indicator when nymphing. He gave me one and on my first cast under a tree I caught some nice largemouth bass. It was originally used for trout and has worked really well for Brian on his trips, but now I know it works on bass also. If you get a chance to use this fly, please send me a message, and let me know how it works. Recipe: simply just – deer hear, foam and legs. also a hook would help
